What if we could take size guessing out of clothing?
I know how frustrating it is to get something online or at the store and bring it home to find it doesn’t fit. Then you have to go back and return it. It’s a total waste of time and money, and takes the joy away from the shopping experience. But what if we had a universal size chart?
The Project
I want to create a universal size chart that any company can adopt and implement to take the guessing work out of shopping. Returns alone cost companies 40-60% of the price of the product due to return shipping, handling and reintegrating products back into inventory. Some stores are even starting to have return fees! If we had a universal sizing chart, I believe returns would take a significant drop. This would leave companies with a profit increase, and a satisfied customer. This also benefits the environment with reduced transportation emissions, and less material waste (from returns damaged when being transported).

We’re here for the numbers, not to judge. The more truthful you are about your measurements, the more accurate we can get the size chart.
