Finding beauty in asthma
The Inspiration
This project was a challenge to use colors you normally don’t use. When starting a collection, one normally starts with the inspiration, not the colorway. But with this project, my task was to use colors I would typically avoid. I noticed though, that my colorway for this project had similar colors to images I’ve seen while researching about asthma, specifically allergic asthma, which I have. During the time of this project I was also having a flare up of my asthmatic symptoms from wildfire smoke in the area. It’s funny how things align in life, isn’t it?
